Contact rate
If this is low relative to your own usual numbers, inspect territory, timing and your approach to the door first.

Levers
Each row improves one thing and leaves everything else the same. Projections are estimates, not guarantees.
| If you improved… | Projected sales | Change |
|---|---|---|
| Nothing (baseline) | 63 | — |
| +10% knocks per day | 69.3 | +6.3 |
| +5 pts contact rate | 72 | +9 |
| +5 pts presentation rate | 68.3 | +5.3 |
| +5 pts close rateBiggest on paper | 73.5 | +10.5 |
Stage to inspect first
If this is low relative to your own usual numbers, inspect territory, timing and your approach to the door first.
If this is low, inspect your opener, discovery questions, relevance to the homeowner, and the transition into presenting.
If this is low, inspect qualification, how clearly value is shown, objection handling, the ask, and follow-up.
If your rates look strong but total sales are still low, inspect opportunity volume: selling days, knocks per day and time in the field.
The arithmetic shows where a change would matter most. It can't tell you why a stage is low; that's what coaching is for.
Scenario lab
Scenario B starts as a copy of your baseline. Move one or more sliders to see the projected difference.
| Monthly | Baseline | Scenario B | Change | % |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Knocks | 1,000 | 1,000 | 0 | 0% |
| Contacts | 350 | 350 | 0 | 0% |
| Presentations | 210 | 210 | 0 | 0% |
| Sales | 63 | 63 | 0 | 0% |
Estimate, not a guarantee. Projections assume every other stage stays exactly the same, which real months rarely do. Use them to decide what to practice, not to promise a number.
